<p>NetNet Capital is a DeFi protocol on Robinhood Chain that issues NET, a reserve-backed token. Its mechanics include a USDG treasury, NAV/backing per token, sNET staking with rebases, bond sales, a buyback program, and a 5% trading fee on AMM trades.</p><p>The project also operates a Real World Bonds desk: a subscriber pays USDG, receives vested NET, and part of the capital is routed through Rialto into tokenized equities held in a separate RWA Sleeve. These assets are disclosed separately and are not counted in NET’s on-chain backing or NAV.</p>
