What is Mimo Governance Token (MIMO)?
Mimo protocol is a decentralized price-stable token issuance protocol on the Ethereum blockchain. Mimo is a suite of applications that eliminate trusted intermediaries including the PAR token which is the world’s first Euro-pegged stablecoin.
Mimo uses vaults for you to deposit your assets. Your vaults are safe, unique, and your assets are never loaned out. Deposit and withdraw as much as you’d like, all vaults in the protocol are covered by the Safety Reserve.
MIMO governance tokens are distributed to users of the protocol for both creating PAR through borrowing and for providing liquidity in AMM pools. This token distribution guarantees that the protocol stewardship remains with the users and the community of the Parallel Protocol.
