What is Margined?

Margined Protocol offers "Power Perpetuals" on the Cosmos ecosystem, allowing users to trade squared indices of base tokens like OSMO². These contracts provide perpetual exposure to the asset without expiration dates or strike prices, leveraging liquidity pools for trading and price discovery. Long positions can't be liquidated and shorting requires collateral. The protocol uses a normalization factor to manage funding rates and ensure fair value. It aims to consolidate liquidity and facilitate efficient trading of complex financial instruments.
