This network is what we call a "relative consensus network". To incentivize this, rewards are given by calculating each user’s influence on the network via the ATMRank algorithm. PageRank is how Google ranks web pages, and it does so by measuring factors such as the links between them. ATM implements this algorithm with added parameters and uses it to calculate each user's PR value which is used to determine their rewards.ATM users have the right to govern themselves. Users can vote on proposals and have a direct impact on the direction of the community.
