Kinetic Money is a decentralized protocol that allows users to deposit collateral in return for a loan that repays itself over time. The loan is given to the user in a synthetic of the collateral token, Kinetic V1 will be based around the synthetic kUST and the collaterals UST &amp; aUST. Kinetic lets users deposit funds into a vault, after which they will be able to take a loan against their collateral in a synthetic of the collateral. The collateral is being deployed into an interest-bearing strategy and the accrued interest is used to gradually pay the loan back. At any point, the user can free their entire collateral by repaying their outstanding loan early (i.e. before it is self-repaid).There are two types of staking tokens in Kinetic - governance staking and LP staking:<ul><li>KNTC governance staking allows participation in protocol governance. In order to stake, a user has to lock up their tokens in return for the staking tokens $xKNTC</li><li>The most important liquidity pools for Kinetic are $kUST/$UST (Stableswap) and $KNTC/$UST (const. Product). Both pools are live on Astroport and there are LP Staking incentives allocated to both pools via protocol token emission. LP Staking is available through the Kinetic WebApp. Before taking advantage of LP staking, the LP tokens have to be acquired first, e.g. by providing liquidity on Astroport.</li></ul>
