Kindred AI Pte. Ltd. (also doing business as Kindred / MetaPals) is a company founded in 2022 and based in Singapore. It builds AI‐powered digital companions using officially licensed intellectual property (IP) characters from global brands. These companions are “ever-present” on screen—meant to interact continuously in some capacity throughout users’ daily routines. Kindred uses decentralized memory systems for personalization and to protect user privacy while enabling the companions to remember context over time.
