Invictus Capital Token is a disinflationary rewards token paid to investors on the Invictus Capital platform who opt to stake their investment fund tokens for pre-determined periods of time. The token derives its value from a share of management and performance fees from the suite of funds that are allocated to the buy-and-burn of ICAP tokens from secondary markets. ICAP acts as an indirect revenue-sharing mechanism as it derives its value from rebates on fund fees that are used to purchase and destroy ICAP from the open market (so-called buy-and burns).
