<h3>Rules for participate in the IndiGG IEO on FTX:</h3>0) Create your FTX account and complete level 2 KYC1) Create your IEO subaccountThis will create a special subaccount called INDI-IEO, which you will fund and use to participate in the IEO2) Fund your subaccountYou will use these funds to submit bids.3) Place your bidUse the Bid for INDI form below to submit your bid. Note that bids can only be placed between 08.03.2022, 16:00:00 and 08.03.2022, 17:00:00.You will only be able to submit bids if you completed level 2 KYC at least 24 hours earlier: 07.03.2022, 16:00:00. US residents and residents of any restricted jurisdiction are not allowed to participate.4) Await the resultsThere are 3 000 accepted tickets (so 12 000 000 INDI tokens total). At 17:00:00 we’ll raffle off the allocations. They will go to the highest bidders; in the event that there are 3 000 tickets each bidding 0,100 $ per INDI + 5 FTT, we’ll allocate randomly between them.Within a few hours of determining the allocations, the trades will print to the winning buyers’ subaccounts, and you will be able to transfer (non-INDI) funds out of the INDI-IEO subaccount.If you do not win your funds will be returnedIf you bid FTT but would have won the auction without it, the FTT will be returnedAll FTT paid will be burned5) Use your INDIAny INDI purchased will be unlocked when INDI lists on FTX, subject to the FTX Terms of Service and the Token Terms.
