HumanDAO is a decentralized autonomous organization with a specific goal: to improve human lives by facilitating options outside their local economy and connecting them to new opportunities in the decentralized digital economies, or the metaverse. humanDAO provides its community with education, earning potential, ownership and cryptographic identity (vitalik.humandao.eth) which they use to build up their web3 resume. This is the humanDAO Metaverse Talent Network. Its first building block is the NFT Pocket Assistant project.

HumanDAO has launched a governance token to incentivize growth and decentralize the network. The protocol is automated by smart contracts instructed by consensus through the DAO based on governance proposals and voting of a distributed network of token holders. Through the power of tokens, one can gain exposure to the value of the community as a whole. Tokens represent voting rights in the DAO as well as utility throughout the humanDAO network.
