What is Homium?

Homium is a home equity line of credit (HELOC) tokenization protocol built on Avalanche. Through Homium, homeowners can leverage a portion of their home's future appreciation as collateral for equity loans, which can be used for various purposes such as maintenance, repairs, debt consolidation, or inheritance.
