What is Harmonic?

Harmonic is an open system for building blocks on the Solana network. It collects blocks from several independent builders to improve validator efficiency and network performance, while reducing MEV and latency. The system supports policy-based block inclusion, MEV-aware scheduling, and an optional feature called Application Controlled Execution (ACE). Harmonic provides a framework where validators, developers, and users can interact within a transparent and competitive block market.
