GVNR is a network that introduces a bespoke and custom-built general message-passing framework. This framework ensures the secure, unrestricted transfer of messages across connected blockchains, facilitating liquidity and connectivity amongst all blockchains across every connected chain - including Bitcoin (BTC) and Ripple (XRP). GVNR achieves this in a secure and permissionless manner - freeing users and AI Agents from reliance on vulnerable centralized counterparties and bridges. The project aims transform how users, builders and agents interact with, transact, and transfer digital assets by empowering smart contracts to deploy on any blockchain, and allows for permissionless universal control of any digital asset, across all connected chains. $GVNR is the native token that powers the entire GVNR network. It is not only a governance token, but also offers staking and payment utility. Designed from the ground-up for AI infrastructure, $GVNR will integrate with the growing network of AI agents to complete any action on-chain.<ul><li>Payments in $GVNR: In order for a chain to participate in the GVNR network, the foundation must hold an allocated and time bound NFT, payable in $GVNR. At the outset, each NFT lasts for 12 months and costs the equivalent of 100,000 USD.</li><li>Transaction Fees: Transaction fees for operating the GVNR smart contracts are paid in the gas token of the execution chain. This gas abstraction reduces friction channelling value into $GVNR via the Furnace.</li><li>Staking $GVNR: GVNR nodes are required to stake $GVNR in order to participate within the relayer network. The objective is to position the nodes with ‘skin in the game’ for honest participation. Participating nodes will receive value capture from the network activity. </li><li>Governance Structure: GVNR DAO LLC is a Non Profit Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) incorporated in the Marshall Islands under a groundbreaking regulatory structure. The $GVNR token is the token of the DAO and will be used to govern the entity, following transition to a token led operating agreement. </li></ul>
