<p>Gitbank is an on-chain bank integrated into GitHub. Each user receives a personal vault on Base L2. Deposits (ETH, USDC, WBTC) are minted 1:1 as soul-bound gitTokens with no transfer or approve functions — even a compromised AI agent cannot drain funds. All operations are triggered by GitHub issue comments. Commands are verified via HMAC, parsed by AI (Claude Haiku), and executed by a relayer on Base. Users pay no gas, install no wallets, and manage no seed phrases.</p><p>Teams can create workspaces, assign bounties, and auto-pay when PRs merge. An emergency exit is available after 6 months of vault inactivity. Gitbank targets developers, DAOs and AI agents who need on-chain banking without UX friction.</p>
