What is Fluid Protocol?

The Fluid Protocol is a decentralized, over-collateralized borrowing platform within the Fuel Network that issues USDF, a stablecoin soft-pegged to the U.S. dollar. Users can access interest-free loans by depositing supported collateral, including various forms of Ethereum (ETH derivatives). The protocol operates with a fixed minimum collateral ratio of 135% and implements a unique partial liquidation mechanism to safeguard against volatility, ensuring robust support for multiple collateral types.

Inspired by Liquity but distinct in its design, Fluid Protocol prioritizes stability through a governance-free fiscal policy, automated stability pools, and censorship resistance. It is designed for high-speed transactions on the Fuel Network, providing incentives for liquidity and security.

FPT, or Fluid Protocol Token, is utility token of the Fluid Protocol. It incentivizes and rewards participation within the ecosystem, including staking, liquidity provision.
