The project proposes a decentralised storage solution using Ethereum and IPFS technologies to create a public and secure registry known as Estatepedia. This registry will store complete property information including ownership history, repair records, documents and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Using Ethereum smart contracts to record transactions and IPFS to store data, Etherland aims to create a property data management system.

The implementation of Etherland's solution involves creating a decentralised system where participants, including individuals, businesses and government organisations, will be able to enter and access real estate data. The system will offer various features such as artificial intelligence-based property valuation, real estate crowdfunding platforms and interactive maps to facilitate property acquisition and management. The Etherland ecosystem operates using the ELAND token. The ELAND token serves a variety of purposes within the platform. The main features of using the token are:
