ebUSD is a decentralized, over-collateralized stablecoin issued by Ebisu Money, a next-generation Stablecoin Credit Market (CDP protocol) optimized for yield-bearing assets.

Users can mint ebUSD by depositing blue-chip collateral — including BTC, ETH, and especially yield-generating liquid restaking tokens (LRTs) — at competitive, user-set fixed interest rates.

The protocol enables capital-efficient borrowing while allowing collateral to continue earning real yield from underlying restaking and staking rewards.ebUSD is backed by high-quality, over-collateralized positions with automated risk management, including smart collateral assessment and prompt liquidations to maintain system solvency. Holders of ebUSD can earn additional real yield by providing liquidity to Stability Pools (receiving a share of borrower interest payments and liquidation gains) or by trading/supplying on DEXs.
