Token swaps on DinoSwap are a simple way to trade one ERC-20 token for another by utilizing the liquidity pools of Polygon's top Decentralized Exchanges.

Since DEXs do not use order-books and instead use an automated market maker (AMM) mechanism, the exchange requires the use of liquidity pools, which come from Liquidity Providers ("LPs") who stake their token pairs in "Pools" on the DEX. In exchange, they receive LP (Liquidity Provider) tokens. These LP tokens can then be staked in Fossil Farms to earn DINO tokens.

DinoSwap interfaces directly with third party AMM liquidity pools that apply their own fee structure to trades. These fees are distributed back to LPs on the AMM as a reward for providing liquidity. DinoSwap does not charge any additional fees, nor do it keeps any portion of the LP rewards.
