<p>DERO operates as a blockchain platform that is private, scalable, and decentralized. The platform has been developed for general purposes. The system rewards all miners for their effort. This differs from the more commonly found winner-takes-all system. Furthermore, the system allows all transactions to be settled in the very block that they happened. This facilitates instant full transaction confirmation meaning that 51% attacks.
