What is DataHaven?
DataHaven is a decentralized data storage protocol tailored for applications driven by both AI and human interaction. It provides tamper-proof, verifiable, and censorship-resistant storage, secured via a two-layer system: an off-chain storage network supplying encrypted data, and an EVM-compatible blockchain—built on Substrate (Moonbeam) —recording Merkle proofs and ownership metadata on-chain.
Its core fuatures include:
Security & Integrity: Data is split into hashed segments and indexed in a Merkle Trie, ensuring proof-of-integrity and detection of any tampering.
AI-Readiness: Optimized for large AI models, federated learning, datasets, and code artifacts—supporting tamper-proof model sharing and verifiable code execution.
Decentralization & Interoperability: Secured through EigenLayer restaking, compatible with Ethereum Layer 2s, and built via Moonbeam's Substrate/EVM stack.
DataHaven supports a broad range of use cases: safeguarding AI model weights, verifying code provenance, protecting privacy-sensitive datasets (via encryption and TEEs), enabling decentralized data marketplaces, and ensuring immutability of digital asset metadata (like NFTs, RWAs, RECs).
