What is Crown?

Crown is a financial technology company that issues BRLV, a stablecoin linked to the Brazilian real (BRL). The project provides a digital representation of the real on blockchain infrastructure. Each BRLV token is backed by reserves held in Brazilian government bonds and managed within a structure designed to protect users’ funds from issuer insolvency.

The platform is designed to serve financial institutions, fintech companies, and businesses that need access to a blockchain-based version of the Brazilian currency for operations such as payments, settlements, and digital asset management. Crown follows Brazilian regulatory requirements, including those related to anti-money laundering and financial reporting.
