April 4, 2025 Codex, a startup building a blockchain optimized for stablecoins, raised $15.8 mln in a seed round led by Dragonfly Capital, which contributed around $14 million. Other investors include Coinbase and Circle’s venture arms, along with crypto market makers Cumberland, Wintermute, and Selini Capital.The funding included equity and token allocations, according to Codex CEO and co-founder Haonan Li.
