CarFi is an infrastructure platform for issuing and trading tokenized real assets (RWAs), which provides their on-chain representation, verification and circulation. Initially focused on logistics, it strives to create universal tokenization standards for different industries and blockchains.

The project is based on its own RWA protocol, which regulates the process of issuing and verifying assets based on legal documents, third-party audits and reputation mechanisms.

CarFi also has a decentralized marketplace, a compliance gating system, and encrypted communication for issuers, investors, and regulators to interact. The platform is built modularly, with the possibility of multi-chain deployment and scaling.

Through CarFi Launchpad, issuers can tokenize real assets in a simplified and compliant form, and investors can interact with them directly within the platform.

A separate CarFi L2 layer based on ZK-rollup provides low fees, high throughput, and built-in protocols for issuing, verifying, and trading RWA tokens. It is connected to Ethereum via a cross-chain bridge, allowing for safe movement of liquidity and compatibility.

The built-in decentralized exchange (DEX) on CarFi L2 allows trading of RWA tokens immediately after release, providing instant liquidity without dependence on centralized platforms. Based on the AMM model, users can exchange assets directly through smart contracts, while maintaining full control over funds, and all transactions remain transparent and verifiable through CarFi Explorer.

The ecosystem uses the CARFI token, which performs utility and management functions: it provides buybacks, staking rewards, and development financing, linking platform revenue, user participation, and RWA market growth into a single economic model.
