<p>December 30, 2025 - Cango Inc. completed a post-IPO equity financing, raising USD 10.5 million through a private placement. The investment was made by Enduring Wealth Capital Limited (EWCL), an existing shareholder of the company. As part of the transaction, EWCL subscribed for 7.0 million Class B ordinary shares at a price of USD 1.50 per share. The proceeds were allocated to general corporate purposes.</p>
