In the first round of an IDO, users are entitled to purchase the amount given to them based on their tier. Tiers are determined by how much BSCPAD is staked. Those with at least 10,000 BSCPAD tokens are guaranteed an allocation. Those staking lower amounts will be entered into a lottery system, with the number of lottery tickets determined by their tier. A pool weight system is used to determine individual allocations based on tiers.

In the second round of an IDO, all unsold tokens are made available on an FCFS basis, to those who are eligible based on their particular tier.
