Beraborrow is a decentralized protocol within the Berachain ecosystem that offers interest-free loans using the iBGT token as collateral. Loans are paid out in Nectar ($NECT), a stablecoin fully collateralized by native Berachain assets. This system allows users to maintain price exposure while unlocking liquidity against their assets.The protocol leverages Proof of Liquidity (PoL) to enhance features such as leveraging collateral assets and boosting yield generation. Borrowers can access liquidity without interest charges, and there are no time restrictions on repaying the loans, providing flexibility for both short-term and long-term needs. Users can also earn yield from liquidations by participating in the Beraborrow stability pool by staking $NECT.
