Any asset can be used as liquidity, mooTokens are issued to depositors as proof of the deposit. For example, if a user deposits BIFI, mooBIFI is given in return.</p><p>Vaults are either a pair of tokens invested in liquidity pools, single tokens invested in lending platforms, or single stake pools. The complete range of vaults can be found on the website along with information detailing APY, APR, daily interest percentages, and more.</p><p>In essence, vaults allow participants to compound their interest by automating investing and reinvesting funds that have been deposited through executing yield farming strategies. Any liquidity deposited from the vaults can be redeemed at any time.</p><p>BIFI Maxi vault plays an important role on the platform. Users can stake BIFI and earn rewards in BIFI (across staking pools on the platform, rewards are distributed in other coins).</p><p>Vault strategies are hardcoded and cannot be changed once they are released. Smart contracts are programmed to determine which assets should be farmed and where they should be sold. Beefy community members can post and discuss strategies in the platform’s discord channel.</p><p>The Beefy ecosystem also consists of the Beefy Launchpool. It works by promoting projects on various chains with the aim of helping to provide projects with liquidity and offer higher APY to stakers.</p><h3>What can BIFI be used for?</h3><p>BIFI tokens essentially function as revenue shares in Beefy Finance. Users can stake BIFI in any of the available pools and earn BIFI rewards in return.
