When users stake BONZO governance tokens into the protocol's single-sided staking contract, they receive xBONZO tokens at a dynamic conversion rate. The staked BONZO tokens remain locked in the contract, while xBONZO represents the user's claim on the underlying tokens plus accrued yield.</p>
