Web 3 Dollar (USD3 ) is a low-risk, yield-bearing USD stablecoin index built as a Decentralized Token Folio (DTF / RToken) on the Reserve Protocol.Token holders earn real-world yield (targeting 4–10% APY) by holding a diversified basket of blue-chip DeFi lending markets and stablecoin savings rates. The current collateral mix includes equal allocations across Morpho Steakhouse USDC, Compound USDC V3, Aave USDC V3, and Sky Savings USDS, delivering a blended collateral yield of ~2.88%. USD3 is 100% asset-backed and overcollateralized by staked $RSR (Reserve Rights), which acts as a safety buffer, enables decentralized governance, and allows RSR stakers to earn a share of protocol revenue. Revenue is distributed 85% to USD3 holders (once the backing buffer is filled) and 15% to RSR stakers.
