It builds on the ve(3,3) model (from projects like Blackhole on Avalanche) to drive community participation, liquidity provision, and project growth through aligned incentives. Users lock the native $NOVA token to receive veNOVA (vote-escrow) or veNFTs, which allow voting on which liquidity pools receive weekly $NOVA emissions. Voters earn a share of trading fees from the previous epoch plus additional incentives deposited by projects seeking votes. The protocol supports multiple AMM types (concentrated liquidity, classic Uniswap V2-style, and stablecoin pools) via modular Algebra Integral integration for efficient, customizable market-making. Liquidity providers stake in voted gauges to earn emissions proportional to allocated voting power, while projects use an open incentive marketplace for weekly deposits to attract liquidity.
