It provides a system where users can purchase and trade shares representing a portion of a horse’s breeding value. The platform operates on smart contracts to ensure transparent distribution of breeding-related revenue among token holders. Horses are evaluated and selected based on breeding potential, with information recorded on-chain for verifiability. Ownership is divided into NFTs and ERC-20 tokens, allowing for both stable ownership and flexible trading. The platform also integrates a governance model, enabling token holders to vote on decisions related to horse management, breeding schedules, and sales. Marketplace PODRacing POD tokens will only be accessible on the POD platform. If required by law, buyers will need to pass KYC/KYB and AML procedures to be authorized to transact on the platform. Once logged in, the user will be able to access his wallet with all his transactions, race results, salvage reports. All exchanges and income payments are made in $POD, the equivalent of dollars at the time of the transaction. Users can convert their $POD into fiat at any time on partner platforms.
