AI hardware and on-chain infra firm MAGNE.AI adds $2.64M strategic round

MAGNE.AI, an AI-native hardware and on-chain intelligence infrastructure company, has raised an additional US$2.64 million in strategic financing from GAEA Ventures, Titans Ventures and Go2Mars Labs.

The new capital follows a previously announced US$10 million strategic round, bringing MAGNE.AI’s publicly disclosed funding to US$12.64 million, the company said.

Funds will be used to accelerate engineering validation and commercial rollout of MAGNE AI BOX, an edge AI device for local model inference, private RAG, multimodal processing and AI-agent execution.

The raise will also support tighter integration of MAGNE AI BOX with MAGNE L1, a base layer for device identity, authorization and ownership records, and MHash L2, which targets high-frequency agent interactions, coordination, payment routing and settlement.

In parallel, MAGNE.AI plans to advance MAGNE Agent Pay, its programmable settlement stack for AI agents, designed to support x402-compatible payments, agent-to-agent and machine-to-machine transactions, usage-based service fees and on-chain transaction records.

MAGNE.AI originally built a Web3-native AI smartphone combining on-device intelligence, hardware-level security and direct access to its blockchain ecosystem; MAGNE AI BOX extends that model to higher-capacity local compute for personal and enterprise workloads.

The company is positioning its stack at the intersection of edge AI computing, AI-native consumer hardware, blockchain-based identity and settlement, and autonomous-agent payment infrastructure.

GAEA Ventures, Titans Ventures and Go2Mars Labs described their participation as strategic, supporting MAGNE.AI’s push into edge AI infra, agentic payments and international ecosystem expansion, per the announcement.
