The American investor, Anthony Pompliano, sold his Ethereum holdings to invest in Solana as he believed in Solana’s potential to outperform Ethereum. The recent developments prompted him to sell his Ethereum holdings in favour of Solana. Notably, Solana surpassed Ethereum in profitability for the first time on May 15, 2024. Solana generated over $2 million in economic value, surpassing Ethereum after the launch of EIP 4844. In December 2023 as well, Solana’s trading volume showed impressive growth. Solana’s volume on Upbit had surpassed Ethereum’s for 55 consecutive days.
