CryptoQuant reports that Coinbase’s Bitcoin (BTC) OTC trading volume hit $7.7 billion today, the second-highest level in history. This surge in OTC transactions may be linked to the recent approval of a spot BTC ETF by the US SEC. Meanwhile, the daily trading volume of bitcoin on crypto exchanges reached $52 billion, the highest level till now. The increase in OTC trading and exchange volumes suggests that institutional investors are actively buying BTC, fueling the growth of the crypto market.
