Although the company has announced a 2025 launch, fans may have discovered the release date hidden in an online t-shirt.

As highlighted by a post by GTAVIoclock, Rockstar had added a particular t-shirt to GTA Online in June as part of GTA 5’s 10th-anniversary celebrations. The t-shirt had a lot of numbers and codes, which, when decoded, read, “ONE DAY WILL REVEAL ALL.” One number sequence, “1252309,” has revealed the trailer launch date for GTA 6, Dec. 5, 2023, at 9 am.
In June, as part of the 10th anniversary celebrations for GTA 5. Rockstar added this t-shirt to GTA Online. It was called the ??? Tee and once decoded reads 'ONE DAY WILL REVEAL ALL'. One number sequence stands out…1252309. December 5th 2023, 9am. THEY TOLD US IN JUNE.

However, the t-shirt also contains another string of numbers, 040125, which could be the game’s release date, Apr. 1, 2025.
Will GTA 6 launch in April 2025?
Rockstar has not given an official release date for its next Grand Theft Auto title. However, the coded t-shirt seems to be an interesting easter egg. Although the numbers may be a coincidence, it is also possible that the developers sneaked in the release date for hard-core fans.
Moreover, it is also possible that the numbers are just a prank, as Apr. 1 is “April Fools Day.”
