Ripple received preliminary MiCA CASP approval (a Green Light Letter) from Luxembourg’s regulator CSSF, which paves the way for regulated operations across all 30 EEA countries once conditions are met. Ripple has received preliminary approval for a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license from Luxembourg’s financial regulator, the CSSF, under the EU’s MiCA framework.
