Galaxy Joins Morgan Stanley’s Push to Bring Staking to Crypto ETPs

Morgan Stanley Investment Management launched two new exchange-traded products, the Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust (MSSE) and Morgan Stanley Solana Trust (MSOL), that will stake portions of their ETH and SOL holdings through institutional validators to give investors regulated access to staking rewards. Galaxy was named one of three approved validator providers to power staking for both ETPs, a move that advances crypto institutional adoption, on-chain staking infrastructure and potential market demand for Ethereum and Solana (announcement dated August 18, 2026).
Galaxy will provide staking infrastructure for Morgan Stanley’s new Ethereum and Solana exchange-traded products, giving investors access to staking rewards through regulated investment vehicles.
The Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust and Morgan Stanley Solana Trust will stake part of their holdings through institutional validators. Galaxy is one of three providers selected to support staking for both products.
