The XRP Ledger community faces a May 27 deadline to upgrade to XRPL version 3.1.3 (fixCleanup3_1_3), with validators, exchanges, marketplaces and infrastructure providers warned that nodes on old software risk becoming "amendment blocked" and losing network communication. More than a week after release only about 40% of the network has updated, creating short-term operational and security risks for XRPL node operators and potential disruption to crypto integrations across DEX, CEX and DeFi services.
