DMarket NFT sales surge, tops daily trade chart

DMarket, a collection that represents non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and in-game items in the Mythos network, has emerged as the top-performing collection in the market over the past 24 hours to 2:30 p.m. ET, with sales reaching US$1.17 million, marking a 26.07% increase.

The collection saw a substantial rise in activity, with transactions soaring by 26.79% to 47,872, according to CryptoSlam.

DMarket now has US$389.5 million in all-time sales, making it the 17th-largest collection in the industry. It is now less than US$10 million from Cool Cats, an Ethereum-based NFT collection sitting on the 16th spot.

The day’s second-ranked collection, Ethereum’s iconic Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) also saw a positive change, with sales up by 19.15% to US$971,732.57 and a 16.67% increase in transactions.

BAYC maintains its status as the second-highest in all-time sales with a staggering US$3.11 billion, trailing behind the leader Axie Infinity on the Ronin platform, which holds an all-time sales volume of US$4.26 billion.

Bitcoin-based JIGO NFTs came in third on Monday despite its sales dropping by 11.95% to US$974,110.75 and transactions decreasing by 15.19%.

CryptoPunks on Ethereum registered a 138.10% surge in sales to US$732,977.30 and a 100% increase in transactions to return to the top 10 rankings at sixth.

It remains third in all-time sales with US$2.79 billion.

Two Solana-based collections stayed on the list as Mad Lads and Froganas witnessed contrasting fortunes; Mad Lads faced a 23.09% decline in sales, while Froganas enjoyed a 13.76% rise.
