XRP Nears Explosive Breakout as Liquidity Dries Up and Bullish Signals Strengthen 

XRP may be approaching one of its most significant technical inflection points in months, with a convergence of market indicators signaling that a major volatility event could be close. 

According to market analyst Xaif Crypto, the asset is coiling tighter and tighter, a classic setup that often precedes a sharp price breakout after an extended period of low volatility.

Meanwhile, leverage is gradually returning as traders cautiously re-enter the market despite the lack of a confirmed trend. Rising leverage combined with thin liquidity can amplify price movements, increasing the likelihood of a rapid breakout once XRP escapes its current range.

Supporting the bullish case, XRP has also flashed what some analysts describe as its strongest oversold signal on record. Momentum indicators are beginning to improve as funding rates turn positive and the 30-day Z-Score moves back above zero, pointing to renewed buying interest without excessive speculative positioning.
