The XRP holdings every month now and then undergo monthly release as this month in January XRP has moved a notable amount of  XRP to an anonymous wallet. In a X post, analyst Whale Alert shared data where XRP had moved 80,000,000 XRP to an unknown wallet. 

Strategies Behind the Massive Move

Recently this month on January 1, ripple moved 1 billion XRP, and after some time the firms relocked 80% of the total sum in escrow while the rest of the 200 million XRP almost 20% was sent back to the company’s spending address.

This strategy by Ripple is worth appreciating as first it transferred 100 million XRP on January 7 to this address (‘rP4X2…sKxv3’) and again this month the firms moved another massive 80 million XRP to the same address.

As per these two giant transfers of XRP this month Ripple now locks up up to 46.34 million XRP, worth $26.46 million, as balance and also on the mentioned address holds 97.8 million XRP, equal to $55.84 million.
