President Nayib Bukele, one of the prominent political leaders who advocates crypto, especially Bitcoin, has secured a victory in the presidential reelection. With more than 85% of the votes, Bukele is heading towards another 5 years of leadership, self-claiming to be the “Philosopher King.”

In a tweet shared earlier today, Bukele asserted that his Nuevas Ideas party has won at least 58 positions in El Salvador’s 60-seat legislative assembly. The victory is acknowledged as “the record in the entire democratic history of the world.”
