BYD builds humanoid robots for its own factories first

BYD confirmed it is developing humanoid robots to deploy first in its own EV factories, with a planned consumer rollout sold through its existing dealer network. While not directly crypto-related, the manufacturing-first strategy could spur crypto-linked use cases such as tokenization of robotics assets, NFT-linked ownership models and new DeFi fundraising or supply-chain finance opportunities as robotics scales.
