The company issued about 790.5 million new shares at SEK 1.86 (valuing the consideration at SEK 1.47 billion) to fund the purchase, boosting its public BTC ranking from 42nd to 26th and increasing fully diluted Bitcoin exposure by ~5% while creating shareholder dilution, a notable fundraising and adoption move for its Bitcoin strategy.

Acquisition Reshapes H100’s Bitcoin Strategy
H100 issued about 790.5 million new shares to fund the acquisition without using cash. The shares carried roughly SEK 1.47 billion at an issue price of SEK 1.86.
Significantly, H100 moved from 42nd to 26th among public companies by Bitcoin holdings. The expansion also brings H100 closer to Gemini’s Bitcoin treasury.
