<h3>Token Utilities</h3>DCB will be the backbone of our entire ecosystem. Use the sub-pages to find more information about the utility and metrics.<ul><li>Reputation score: Users earn reputation score by participating in the platform. The reputation score will be used to determine how much allocation a user receives in oversubscribed fundraising campaigns.</li><li>Stake: Staking rewards users with a reputation score, platform fee distribution and long-term community reward venting to incentives long-term support of the ecosystem.</li><li>Liquidity mining: Token holders will be able to provide their tokens as liquidity and receive a portion of the trading fees. In addition, Decubate will launch a high fixed distribution on top of the fees to make it even more lucrative.</li><li>Rewards: When a project has been successfully incubated token holders that staked their DCB tokens will automatically receive a portion of airdrop from the incubated project without needing to invest allocation. Other rewards will be announced in the future. In addition, a limited number of NFTs will be given to the highest reputable community members.</li><li>Vote: Enable community members to vote on projects wanting to get incubated and funded and earn reputation score. Secondly, rating different aspects of projects will also be enabled. Voting rewards users with a reputation score.</li><li>Pay: Platform currency to pay for key features such as incubation whitelisting, contract configurations, paying for audits, advice, marketing, content and much more.</li><li>Governance: Token holders will be able to vote and participate in new product features, new token utilities and changes that will increase the impact on the community ecosystem.</li><li>Deflationary: 10% of all fees paid on the platform will be burned. 90% will be distributed back to the staking reward pool. For example: the fees will be burned by a smart contract, 10% will be sent to a burn address.</li></ul> <h3>Features</h3>To ensure the participation and engagement of the entire ecosystem we have set up twelve features that will define Decubate as a next-generation social incubator.<ul><li>Cross-chain and interoperability: The platform can be used with multiple blockchains. Sharing information across different blockchain networks without the need for an intermediary. Imagine initiating a fundraising campaign on multiple networks.</li><li>Smart-vesting: We have seen enough crowdfunding campaigns with vesting strategies that are just not fair nor realistic. The innovator can choose between different smart vesting.</li><li>Fair allocation: We believe in decentralization. An allocation will be managed between the innovator and the investor. Both parties define the agreements.</li><li>Incubating strategy: Instead of just looking inwards into blockchain startups we will partner with traditional incubators across all Europe (globally later) to find projects with proven products and brands that can benefit from Blockchain technology and solutions.</li><li>Community driven and governance: The community will be an important but central part of the ecosystem. The fees will be distributed to the community which they can use to vote for innovative ideas or new features for the platform. The community decides.</li><li>Reputation mechanics: We believe in a true reputation model. The community should be rewarded for high reputation scores. Earn rewards by giving feedback, audit projects, provide liquidity or pledge other resources (marketing, audits, capital, general idea’s) for reputation and other rewards (tokens).</li><li>Tokenized assets: The platform will enable the tokenization of traditional assets. We strongly believe in tokenization, and hence it is part of our roadmap.</li><li>Contract configuration: Innovators can configure their incubation plan, contracts, vesting and much more. No need for a technical background in this phase — we promise. They decide, we build.</li><li>Effortless staking and pooling: We will provide staking strategies to reward the community for their trust in our future. We have a roadmap that will need years to develop, we’re here to stay.</li><li>Non-custodial: We aim to connect innovators with investors using DeFi solutions for fundraising, vesting, permission-less listings and allocation distribution.</li><li>Cross-chain listings: Incubated projects can be deployed on different blockchains. We will use cross-chain, multi-bridge exchange solutions to maximize liquidity, impact and save high fees.</li><li>Reputation NFT’s: We acknowledge there is a demand for NFT’s and will be happy to utilize a mechanic who rewards the highest reputation score users within the platform. Gamification mechanics can have a tremendous impact if used correctly.</li></ul> <h3>Strategy</h3>Decubate has a short term, midterm and long-term strategy plan.While we are convinced that the future will be tokenized, there is a long bumpy road ahead full of technical and regulatory boundaries that still need to be optimized before we can realize the full potential of our mission. We based our strategy on current regulatory frameworks, technological capabilities, and market demand and split them up into four phases.Crowdfunding incubator (Year 1): key objectives:<ul><li>Innovators can submit their incubation plans on Decubate and easily create a pool contract through Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum and pool funds for their token sale without Decubate having custody of any funds.</li><li>Investors can find information regarding the project, vote, rank and give feedback and gain reputation score that will increase their allocation rights. The highest-ranking users will receive unique NFT’s that will allow them to become official advisors, ambassadors, developers or auditors for a fixed reward.</li><li>Form a strategic partnership with over 50 reputable incubators worldwide that refer to blockchain startups and traditional startups with blockchain solutions to Decubate.</li></ul>Blockchain solutions and scale-up (Year 2): key objectives:<ul><li>Migrate to main-net run on Substrate that will significantly increase blockchain solutions such as API’s, multilayer solutions, tokenization, and infrastructure.</li><li>Improve core user journeys and features to further realize our vision of a decentralized crowdfunding incubator. Decubate does not have authority on incubated projects, the community does.</li><li>Plan of action regarding tokenization of assets and apply for necessary licenses and platform infrastructure.</li></ul>Phase 3 and Maturity (Beyond): key objective: Decubate is a one-stop blockchain solutions platform for any business that wants to utilize tokenization of any asset, funding, DeFi solutions, KYC solutions, and a community with over a million active users.
