It features "intents" for lending or borrowing, which are public offers that other users can accept. Astaria uses inclining-rate auctions to optimize Loan-to-Value ratios and APYs while minimizing user interaction. Unlike pooled lending models, it allows users to control what their assets are loaned against, reducing socialized risk. The protocol eliminates the need for a listing process and oracles by using intents and a novel debt position recall system.</p>
