Bounce operates as a Web3 Marketplace Protocol and auction platform. It facilitates the creation of a variety of marketplaces such as direct purchase and sales, managing contracts for bespoke work, as well as different types of token auctions.

• Bounce V2 brought the platform some upgrades and improved functionalities. This includes the Bounce Auctions Search Engine which allows users to search through the available auctions by token name, auction type, and pool information. Also, Bounce OTC allows users to purchase any ERC20 token over-the-counter at a predetermined price to avoid losses.
• Bounce offers fixed swap auctions, sealed-bid auctions, and Dutch auctions. Fixed-price auctions are when an agreed price is set between participants and the auctioneer. Tokens are sold normally with a fixed raise in mind. Sealed-bid auctions happen by placing bids that smart contracts then automatically use to fill up bid orders, starting from the highest bid down to the lowest, until all tokens are sold. In a Dutch auction, the price of a token begins high and periodically drops by a predetermined fixed amount.
• Bounce also enables lotteries. Participants can purchase lottery tickets for a fixed amount. Lottery tickets are then drawn randomly by a smart contract, winners can claim their tokens.

The Bounce platform also allows these types of auctions to be used to auction NFTs.
