Onchain capital router Turtle acquires crypto growth agency Lunar Strategy

Turtle, a protocol focused on routing capital to onchain assets, has acquired crypto-native growth agency Lunar Strategy, according to an announcement from Turtle. Deal terms were not disclosed.
Lunar Strategy, founded in 2019, has worked with more than 400 projects and managed over $30 million in campaign spend, positioning itself as part of the "growth infrastructure" for token and protocol launches. Under the transaction, Lunar will retain its name, team and existing client base while operating inside the Turtle ecosystem.
The combined platform is pitched as a full-stack go-to-market and capital solution for onchain asset issuers and allocators. Lunar is described as building the "attention layer"—narrative and distribution for new assets—while Turtle provides the rails that connect those assets to capital and deal flow.
For launching projects, Turtle says the integration is intended to align campaign design with capital access from day one, so that launches are structured with prospective allocators already in view. For allocators, the platform aims to surface deal flow that comes pre-packaged with validated demand signals and narrative work from Lunar.
Turtle framed the acquisition in the context of broader growth in tokenized and DeFi-active assets, citing a Standard Chartered projection that DeFi-active assets could grow 37x by 2030. The team said the long-term goal is for every asset that moves onchain to find both its capital and its audience through Turtle, with value ultimately accruing to the protocol’s native token, TURTLE.
