AI-native prediction market K25.ai hits $200M valuation with Amber Group-led Series A
Singapore-based K25.ai has closed a Series A round with strategic backing from Amber Group at a post-money valuation of $200 million, the company announced. The deal doubles K25.ai's valuation in under 60 days, following its recently closed oversubscribed Pre-A.
K25.ai runs an AI-native prediction market that turns livestreamed sports, esports, entertainment and creator content into real-time interactive markets. Its proprietary infrastructure automates market creation, content monitoring and outcome resolution to support a "watch-to-predict" experience across live digital channels.
The strategic collaboration with Amber Group is expected to support K25.ai on market infrastructure, liquidity strategy, ecosystem development and digital asset expertise. The company said proceeds will go toward product development, global expansion, institutional liquidity infrastructure and its creator ecosystem.
The Series A follows a Pre-A round led by Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group Limited, adding Amber Group as a second institutional backer alongside a public markets investor. The new capital stack is intended to give K25.ai coverage across both public markets and digital asset verticals as it builds out its category at the intersection of AI, live content and prediction markets.
"We're building the category where AI meets live content and real-money prediction," said Andy Cheung, founder and CEO of K25.ai. "Amber Group's backing — and the doubling of our valuation — confirms the market is ready. We're moving fast."
Haoyu, portfolio director of amber.ac, said K25.ai is "creating a differentiated platform at the intersection of AI, real-time content and prediction markets," and highlighted the firm's plan to support the team as it scales a new generation of interactive financial and entertainment experiences.
