Vitalik Buterin Talks Ethereum L2: What Makes It So Transparent?

Vitalik Buterin, Ethereum’s co-founder, talked about transparency and user control on Ethereum Layer 2 (L2) solutions, using the example of Soneium to illustrate his point. 

Buterin explained that L2s give businesses the flexibility to decide how much control they want over their operations. They can choose to give users more or less control.
