DB Securities signed an MOU with the Optimism Foundation at its New York HQ to launch a two-year initiative to develop tokenized securities (STOs) and real-world asset (RWA) projects focused on Jeju. The plan will tokenize smart farms, livestock assets and K-content IP using Optimism's Ethereum Layer-2 infrastructure, aiming to expand South Korea's STO ecosystem, drive crypto adoption and leverage institutional underwriting.
